RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
- Cloverdale Veterans Memorial Building – generator/BESS electrical, ATS, switchgear modifications, feeders, and associated change-order work.
- Clearlake Behavioral Health Center – electrical construction and facility improvement work supporting behavioral health operations.
- Cahto Tribe Wellness Center – electrical and HVAC build-out for two facility structures serving the Cahto Tribe, including 100A load centers, MC branch wiring, commercial-grade devices, interior/exterior LED lighting, dedicated equipment circuits, GFCI-protected exterior power, smoke/CO life-safety devices, and complete mini-split HVAC systems with disconnects, final connections, startup, and commissioning.
- Sinclair Gas Station – diagnosed and corrected deficient electrical work left by a previous contractor, completed corrective repairs, and restored the facility to reliable operation.
- Additional commercial, service, generator, rewire, EVSE, and site-electrical work throughout Northern California.
